Heidi has been a sounding board for others for most of her life. She’s lost track of how many times people have said, “I’ve never told this to anyone, but…”
Her experience as a sought after listener and advisor led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Counseling and earn certifications in Nutrition and Personal Training. She specializes in helping people design habits that stick with an easy to use behavior change system.
Heidi is also a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. She’s always loved assessments, and was instantly drawn to CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) because of its focus on what’s RIGHT with people. This empowering tool changed the way she relates to and coaches others. It’s also helped her filter her own career and life decisions.
For over 20 years, she’s helped people and organizations make healthy changes by creating safe places for people to talk. She served as a 6 year board member at the midwest’s largest multi-campus church and she has a soft spot for women in ministry. Most recently, she was a “coach to coaches,” building a strong coaching organization for a digital health company.
She currently lives on the south shore of Boston but is a Minnesotan at heart. She’s been married to Kevin for over 27 years and is a mom to three boys, Andrew, Alex, and Kyle.
